Oxygenating Vitality Pool
Take a relaxing soak in this warm hydrotherapy pool fitted with various jets that massage and relax the body.

Sleep Room
ONEwellness recognises the importance of rest in order for the mind and body to function optimally. The sleep room is dedicated to relaxation before and after treatments. Herbal tea is also served here.

Fitness Centre
The Fitness Centre offers a range of cardio and strength machines. Personal training and small-group training classes are available.

Changing Rooms and Lockers
The Changing rooms offer showers and lockers, along with amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, towels and hair dryers.

Complimentary Fresh Fruit
A light á la carte Spa Cuisine menu is also available.

Group Packages
A variety of group packages are available at this Cape Town spa, including catering for corporate groups, pamper parties, stork teas and more. The spa also offers incentive and team-building packages. Please enquire about monthly promotions.
